This traditional method sparkling has zero dosage, making it a dry blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It impressed me with its concentration.
Golden in colour it has a very nutty and savoury nose woven with baked apples, and warm brioche. It's robust; intense, creamy, autolytic, nutty and bordering on muscular. It's not a bright and bouncy bubbly, this one will stand up to fatty meats and grilling.
