Made from Cannonau (aka Garnacha) this Sardinian red has some years in bottle and is a must drink now.
Aromas of prunes and dried cherries, licorice, vanilla, espresso and savoury spices lead to a palate of cocoa, orange peel and balsamic. It maintains bright acidity, has a silky texture and has a strong savoury character.
