Tangy, quaffer, approachable.
The 2018 Character White is an aromatic blend of Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris, and is an approachable quaff scented with honeysuckle and stone fruits, lemon verbena and dried apricots. A tangy entry leads to crunchy fruits and bergamot flavours. Off-dry with a cleansing finish, perfect for patio-sipping or holiday feasts.
Pair: calamari, fresh oysters, seared scallops and roasted chicken, turkey, glazed ham, sweet potato fries.
