Fragrant, creamy, concentrated.
A fragrant Pinot Gris, tempting with creamed pears, honey, straw flowers and just a suggestion of spice. Expect good concentration a creamy weight and slick fruity palate, which culminates in a bright tangerine finish.
Pair: crab cakes topped with spicy peach salsa, caramelized onion and gruyere crostini, turkey or chicken salad.

Seafood/Shellfish, Patio Sippers, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Appetizers, Creamy Dishes
