Crunchy, delightful, lengthy.
A delightful Prosecco with green/yellow glints and fresh notes of crunchy green pears fruits, peach stone, rose petals and orange blossoms with a seam of minerality. The palate is creamy; it has a kiss of sweetness and excellent concentration. The fizzy bubbles are lovely and the lengthy finish rolls across the palate with notable almond flavours.

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
