Mouthwatering, slick, nervy.
A deliciously consistent Riesling for creamy sauces, fried fish, sushi and fatty white meats.
The 2021 leans heavy on notes of lemon drops and stone fruits, green apples and grapefruit with hints of wildflowers and honeycomb. It's a drier style of Riesling with excellent concentration and a slick texture. The finish is long and zesty.

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
