A charming wine made from two varieties classic to the South of France and the Rhone Valley - Grenache Blanc and Marsanne.
It offers aromas of honeycomb, pine and lanolin amidst stone fruits, wild flowers and citrus. Similarily in the mouth - sweet herbs, citrus oil and white fruit flavours dominate the palate. It is nicely weighted with a crisp finish.
A wine to pair with fish, chicken in lemon and herb sauces or an mixed greens.
