Floral, fresh, approachable.
A pale rose the color of onion skin, this fresh wine offers peach stone and sunwarmed berries, dried violets and cedar chips aromas, which are grounded with a fresh mountain stream/mineral note. It is brightly lifted, tangy and medium-bodied. An easy style, approachable and quaffable.
Made from one of Spain's glorious almost lost varieties, Bobal.

Spicy Food, Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Patio Sippers, Seafood/Fish, Appetizers, Tomatoes and Tomato Sauces
