WineDiva's Review

Precision, tangy, finesse.
Made by the Spurrier family (Steven Spurrier--of the 1976 Judgment of Paris notoriety) from their vineyard in Dorset, England which is planted with Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Noir (25%), and Pinot Meunier (20%).
This particular fizz (one of three Bride Valley makes) is Pinot Meunier (50%), Chardonnay (30%), and Pinot Noir.
It has a fine bead and lovely oyster shell, chalk, tangy citrus and crunchy yellow apples. It has a fine mousse, leesy character and wonderful precision. A focused and finessed fizz with delightful levity.
