Approachable, fragrant, fresh.
The Stewart family settled in the Okanagan Valley in 1908 and purchased the land, which is now Quails' Gate Estate in 1956. In 2015 the family ceilebrated 25 years of the Quails' Gate label. This vintage Cab Sauv doles out ripe aromas of sweet cassis, mocha, licorice, vanilla and brown spices. The palate shows a good balance of earthiness and fruit, it has admirable freshness and smooth tannins. An approachable red, suitable for grilled foods or burgers.
