Creamy, drinkable, concentrated.
This middling aromatic variety called Pecorino, offers aromas of wild honey and yellow tree fruits, beeswax, star fruit, lemon balm and white blossoms. It is creamy, a golden hue with good concentration and an oily, lanolin-like character in the mouth. A drinkable Italian white, which will be great alternative to Chardonnay.

Cheese - Semi Hard / Medium , Good First Impressions, Seafood/Fish, White Meat Chicken/Pork, Italian Food
