Value, opulent, fresh.
Excellent value and a long-standing product on BC shelves the Paul Mas delivers classic notes of ripe stone fruits, candle wax, ginger and lime layered with pine needles and clover honey. It is spicy and concentrated with an opulent lilt balanced with cleansing freshness on the palate.
Pair: spicy vegetarian dishes, Moroccan cuisine or spiced crab cakes.
