Complete, seamless, fragrant.
Dead of Nightis a blend of Tannat (Madiran's tannic red variety) and Syrah, both grown on the Osoyoos East Bench. It was aged 12 months in French and Hungarian oak and is the winery's flagship wine for a reason.
It has an alluring nose of black cherry and black raspberries, vanilla, chocolate, pipe tobacco, purple flowers, grape juice and just a hint of freshly cracked pepper. It has a supple entry with espresso, purple fruits and leather flavours. It is a seamless and complete red with polished tannins.
Drinking nicely now, or age for up to a decade.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
Rich Meats , Barbeque, GONE CRACKERS, Game Day Wines
