Provacative, generous, fresh.
A Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and traditional Sangiovese, this provocative red stimulates the senses with aromas of sweet cherry, leather, coffee liqueur, spiced cocoa and a bouquet of roses and violets. The palate is supple and offers a generous muddle of berry and cherry flavours alongside dark chocolate, vanilla, licorice and spice to mimic the nose. It is medium-bodied and fresh.
Pair: game meats, hearty pastas and medium-firm Italian cheeses.
