Woven, savoury, expressive.
A savoury vintage of this Merlot, you can expect plummy flavours layered with dried cherries, peppery spices, mocha, leather and dried sage. Sweet and expressive fruit lead the palate; it's lively acidity adds levity to a rich chocolaty and spicy character. Great overall style, nicely woven and balanced with a long sweet tobacco finish. Pair: BBQ, hearty tomato and meat pastas, roasted lamb, or medium to hard cheese
