Spicy, plummy, umami.
A fetching new label adorns the Circus, and it delivers aromas dominated by spice and blackberry, which are woven with plummy notes, soy sauce, dried herbs, dark chocolate, blueberries and tobacco. It is equally salty and spicy in the mouth; dark mocha, leather and muddled tangy wild berries come together to create a savoury/umami wine, an everyday dinner red, perfect for hearty stews, roasted meats and hard cheeses.


Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
