Pretty, expressive, pristine.
A cherry blossom pink made from Pinot Noir (60%) and Pinot Meunier (40%), Tantalus' version rolls out pretty aromas of red apples and raspberries, spring flowers, honey, cedar and wild herbs. Dry and zesty with juicy cranberry and rhubarb, fine spice and grapefruity flavours. Bracing and pristine it's a rose for salmon, soft cheese, and pastas, pizzas, risottos, or burgers featuring mushrooms.
