Muscular, supple, savoury.
This is a premium blend of 49% Petit Verdot harvested from Oliver and Osoyoos, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from Blasted Church’s estate vineyard on the Skaha Bench, and 11% Cot Noir (Malbec) from Osoyoos. It’s a muscular, slightly brooding wine with aromas of black currents, smoked cherries, vanilla, cocoa, leather and toasted spice. Flavours of bacon fat, wild herbs, tealeaf, dark chocolate and spice linger on a supple palate with polished tannins.
