WineDiva's Review

Bold, savoury, mocha.

Made from 50-year-old estate vines in Quails' Gate's South Okanagan estate vineyard, this Reserve Foch leads with juicy notes of black raspberry, blueberry, dark mocha, roasted green bell peppers and rolls into smoked spice rub, balsamic, tobacco and black cherry. Intense mocha powers through on the palate; roasted spice and tealeaf hug rich dark fruit.
Balance and synergy.
Pair: Bison burgers, game, wild mushroom risotto or braised lamb with blueberry compote.
