Zesty, slick, concentrated.
Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
This Bordeaux-style organic white blend of Semillon and Sauv Blanc is yellow-green in colour and offers aromas of honeysuckle and peach nectar, lemon wax and quince along with Jonagold apples. It's an off-dry wine, slick and supple with good intensity. It also has notable bearing with the weight of Semillon and the snappy character of the Sauvignon Blanc.
