Dry, finesse, racy.
Clos du Soleil's lightly stained pink is made of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. Notes of honeysuckle and orange blossoms, vanilla, peach stone and tangy red berries lead to a bone dry palate. It's bold and racy pristine and snappy in the mouth and has a finesse lacking in so many rose wines.
Pair: Picnic fare, spicy dishes, grilled sausage, cheese and tapas platters, among so much more.
