A blend of two of my favourite varieties and all for under $15.
It offers up notes of tropical fruit and stone fruits, tangy lemon peel, wild honey and ginger with undertones of sweet herbs and grass clippings. It has an attractive oily texture and pleasing weight with spiced fruit, herbs, honey and citrus. It has surprising potency and good persistence.
Pair with white meats, oily fish or sweet and slightly spicy pumpkin stuffed ravioli.
